Rose Speech Therapy’s expert team is qualified to provide two types of medico-legal services.
Treating Therapy
We act as treating therapists and see patients that have a medico-legal claim, whether that’s after having been involved in an accident, suffered a personal injury or experienced medical negligence.
Therapy can be administered while the legal process is ongoing and the costs of this treatment are generally covered on behalf of the patient once liability has been established.
Expert witness
Rose Therapy is qualified to act as an expert witness for solicitors.
Team member Gillian Buckingham is a member of the ‘medico-legal’ clinical excellence network and has attended training relevant to expert witness role.
